Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare products.
  • Items purchased during promotional sales or discounted events.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at team@vissence.in with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the product and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately at team@vissence.in within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
