4. Refund Process

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the product and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately at team@vissence.in within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
